We will pass:

Ploiesti is the capital City of Prahova County, situated in the North part of Romanian Plane. It is one of the big cities in Romania and an important communication junction (roads and railways). In 1599 the town became a trade center for the both plane villages and towns and the North region of hills and mountains. In august 1870 there was an attempt to depose King Carol I by the inhabitants of Ploiesti lead by Major Candiano Popescu. In early 20th century important strikes hit the town, the most important being in 1933 when the oil workers protested against the economic decline. The surrounding area is very rich in oil, several oil refineries being in the near by Ploiesti. Heavy booming destroyed most of the city in 1944. Today Ploiesti has been totally reconstructed.

Sinaia is the former royal city, famous with its the Peles Castle, former summer residence of the Romanian kings. Nowadays the castle became a museum, Sinaia's main point of attraction and one of the most valuable architectonic monuments of Romania.
