The Old Court - represents the traces of an important Wallachia political and administrative centre, the most significant medieval buildings (15th - 18th centuries) in the present city. The fortress, built during the reign of ruler Vlad the Impeller (much stronger and bigger than the previous one) combines the needs of a fortified point with those of the Royal Court settlement. Today, one can visit an open air museum, where large catacombs can be seen under the ground as well as the columns in the Conference Hall etc...
"Curtea Veche" Church is one of the most valuable buildings of religious architecture from the Feudal Age, the oldest in Bucharest. It is preserved in its initial form built between 1545-1547 by the ruler Mircea Ciobanul for the needs of the Ruling Court. There are also preserved some frescoes from the reign of Stefan Cantacuzino (who made several repairs); it was declared historical monument
Manuc's Inn was built by the great merchant Manuc-Bei, in the first decade of the 19th century; nowadays, one of the most important historical and architectural monuments in Bucharest

Leave for Snagov to visit the Snagov Monastery where, according to the legend, Vlad is said to have been buried after his assassination.
From Snagov we head north to Sinaia, a former royal city and visit:
Peles Castle former residence of the king, nowadays became a museum, Sinaia's main point of attraction and one of the valuable architectonic monuments of Romania. It was built during 1875- 1883, there can be recognized different architectonic styles, German Renaissance elements prevail and also Gothic style. The architects have used everything to give splendor and content to the construction, wood decoration is in abundance in the interior and also exterior to confer to the castle a special air. Situated in a beautiful park with gorgeous terraces, Peles Castle has 160 rooms and halls where there can be seen different ornamental objects, Oriental carpets, fine ivory sculptures, tapestries, furniture, weapon collections (15th - 19th centuries), and paintings. The most impressive rooms are: the hall of honor, the large weapon room (with objects from India, Persia, Turkey, Arabia), the council room (Swiss colored glass window, 16th - 17th centuries), the music room, the Florentine room, the mirror room, the Moorish room (with a collection inspired by the Spanish Alhambra Palace), the Turkish drawing-room, the theater room;
Pelisor Castle Museum was built between 1899-1902 by the Czech architect Karel Liman and decorated by Bernhard Ludwig from Vienna, the Pelisor belonged to the royal couple Ferdinand and Maria, since 1903. Pelisor castle contains a valuable collection of decorative art belonging to the Art- Nouveau style; works of artists like E. Galle, Daum Brothers, J. Hoffman, L.C. Tiffany, Gurschner etc. Among other rooms, there can be seen ‘The Golden Bedroom’, ’The Chapel, ’The Golden Room’, which, without a doubt, have a unique value.
After lunch we will leave for Bran, where you will see:
Bran Castle a remarkable monument of architecture, it was built between 1377-1382 on a 60 m high rock. The castle had both a military and customs-point purpose. Although it suffered various transformations, this impressive fortress preserves elements of its original Gothic style. The castle hosts a museum of medieval art (weapons and furniture, hunting trophies). With its medieval atmosphere, the Bran Castle came to be connected with the legend of DRACULA (with its origins in the Transylvanian Middle Ages)
Vlad Tepes used Bran Castle as headquarters for his incursions into Transylvania.
